Forum Members and Team

Clicking on a member’s name or picture within a thread will take you to their profile. There is also a Member’s list at the top of the page (in the drop down menu on mobile devices) including a section for the forum team which includes the volunteers, administrators and staff. Members can be search by starting alphabet letter, name of other criteria.

Support Volunteers (name in pink) ensure the forum runs smoothly and respond to any concerns raised. They might hold sessions in the live chat, move posts that are in the wrong section and remove any that do not follow our Community Guidelines. Some of them volunteer as ambassadors for the forum. They have knowledge in different areas and if they can’t help with a particular issue will try to find someone who can or signpost to another service.

Administrators (name in green) include the My Community Form Coordinator and have overall control in the running of the forum.

A controlled number of THT staff members (names in red) have access to the forum for the purpose of offering services, sharing resources and information and contributing to discussions. They might or might not be living with HIV and are bound by the charity’s confidentiality and privacy policies.
